Genderflipped Silmarillion: The Feanorians

Once upon a time I got into the genderflipping business, and googled far too many people, and decided that however hard it would be to make a Silmarillion movie with any sort of coherent narrative it would be nice to have the groundwork in place, just in case? And I thought that it would be a pity if nobody else except my pictures folder saw this,

Elizabeth Taylor as Finwe... :o That sounds awesome.

Also, like with Bradley James/Idril, I can't look at Katie McGrath!Celebrimbor and not on some level or another picture Morganna. I don't know why, because other actors & actresses in this list whom I've seen in other things don't seem to create the same problem... Mostly I'm just enjoying picturing Celebrimbor somehow managing to forge epic things while still wearing Morganna's wardrobe. No, I'm not sure how that works, either.

Also, also, the expression on Eva Green's face is just perfect. xD

I really like her as Finwe because you can see the family resemblance between her and *all* of her daughters, just in different ways.

Well er I cast Katie McGrath as Celebrimbor partly because she looks a lot like Eva Green and also because there are any number of pics of her and Emilia Fox floating around, and I can imagine them as Sauron and Celembrimbor instead. (Look, if Sauron can turn herself into a vampire, she can turn herself into a blonde.)

Eva Green gives the best plotting!looks. She was the first person I cast and it just clicked immediately.

-Feanor looks like such a badass in that picture.
-I love all of these.
-Caranthir's smile is perfect.

I love all of this so much. I want it to be real. Would you mind if I tried to make a picspam of these sometime along the lines of this?

I imagine that is the face all of the girl's teachers see whenever Feanor goes to parent-teacher interview nights at school, and she talks about the gaps in the curriculum until Nerdanel drags her away to the next poor teacher. I know Silm fandom is not much for Caranthir smiling, but she must have been happy at some point? In Valinor, with Angrod pestering her?
