Yesterday stepped up my work out a little bit since I haven't lost any inches in a month. Not even a quarter of an inch. Spent an extra 10 minutes on the elliptical and burnt about 700 calories. Yay! I have lost 11-13 pounds in a month. (The scale showed 13lbs, but I'm allowing a couple of pounds for clothes just in case.) I weighed myself at the same time of day as before. I am at the same point in my monthly cycle as before. It can't all be water weight because it has been a fairly consistent loss rate since the first weighing ( Read more... )

So went by to set up appointment with advisor this morning to try yet again to fix a mess-up on my transcripts.
