Week 1 of weight loss adventure results in a loss of 3.8 pounds. Small but awesome.
On the downside I have so much energy....that even walking to work and working out isn't killing it off. How obnoxious!

I always find Sundays to be immense disappointments. When they're not signaling the end of the weekend and the imminent return to the work place, they are usually full of a whole lot of nothing to do. Boring! Hell can't even watch tv.
