Broth on the Rocks! Ain't no big surprise. Just congeal me a glass and I'll tell you some lies.
This comes from a cookbook that I got from my mom, "The Joy of Cooking", printed in 1964:
"For the guest who shuns an alcoholic drink, offer a clear broth on the rocks, such as:
Chicken broth or bouillon combined with:
Tomato and orange juice
poured over ice cubes. Be sure the broth is not too rich in gelatin, for it may suddenly congeal."

WESTFIELD, Mass. - An 8-year-old boy has died after accidentally shooting himself in the head while firing an Uzi submachine gun under adult supervision in western Massachusetts.
