I give up on architecture. I HATE dropping classes. This one sucks because it's required. This is most likely my worst computer subject, I don't like dealing with the low level things like this (if I did I would have done engineering ( Read more... )

I'm really sorry to hear about architecture, that sucks. :( Taking a W is really okay though, don't sweat it. If you take the class again, does it get erased from your transcript? I think that's how it was at Eckerd, but Eckerd being not normal and all, it would be worth asking about. Either way, getting rid of that horrible stress will be good. I had to do the same thing with one of my psych classes before and life was so much better after. It might be easier to focus on that class later if you can take it either alone or alongside something really easy. There isn't like a time limit for graduating either, is there? So taking your time and maybe doing only that class one semester might work for you. It might even be worthwhile to do it as an undergraduate class at a school with a legit program and then take the grad school one, so you can catch up on what Eckerd left out (everything, right? lol). It's more work that way, but at least you would be prepared. Maybe there's even an online class, that would be nice. Doing it online ( ... )

Just talked with teacher, he said it is a better idea to take it and do go then to stress over it right now. I might see if SPC offers it over the Summer, or if USF does. I can't take anything in august because that's when my family is going to Europe! (we have leave leave after metrocon but get back before autumn term).

I also have to keep a 3.0 right now and even a C that will be replaced could put me on probation.

Yeah my roommate speaks so loud and her tv is on loud.

Torchlight is basically like Diablo! Made by the same people. You get a pet like in Fable that fights and carries items. It's really fun and worth the $20 for it!

Europe! Awesome! :D And glad your teacher is supportive about this, that helps too if you end up having him again.

On paper, it looks waaaay better to have the good GPA and some random class-taking than one bad grade for a while, so you're doing what's best.

Oy, that sucks about your roommate. =-/ At least she is not a hooker? lol...

Ohhh, I might have to buy it then. xD It sounds really cool. o.o
