mighty mouse
The kitten is named M. Mouse, for he is Mighty.
he is adjusting well, and Smoke and Midnight are talking to us again. they still watch the kitten warily. Kitten mostly hides when allowed in the rest of the house, but in his room, he's a reigning terror.

he has learned he can fit under furniture that the other cats can't. and from there, he has perfect stealth attack position. He has learned that the plants are NOT for peeing in (geez! water comes from the sky and stuff and the big people yell and wave their arms... sometimes i just sniff around the potted plants to get a reaction!)
he has learned that sleeping near the feet of the big folk keep the other cats from bothering him during naps, and that the wiggling blue string usually means he's about to get picked up.. but...it's... so.... wiggly... and so... *pounce*
