Yo
I think that today, i found the reason why i quited Japanese fandom for almost 2 years.
I left because I thought the fans of j-pop spend their
time belittling each other. I mean, it's great that some persons are in the fandom for centuries and they know everything until the
scent mark of their favorite idol, but is this a reason to be mean with those who have just joined the fandom and do not know anything yet?
And what that kind of fan tends to forget is that there is not all the fans who want to be at the forefront of the news, there is not all the fans who
spend their lives on Arama or Omona or Tokyohive Allkpop + and all other websites and blogs that I do not know. I remember once when, after
seeing Orthros inu No, I made myself called a "false fan" groupie and another, just because I was wrong in writing the name of Tackey. I did not
even know him before this drama. My knowledge on Johnny's was limited to NEWS, KAT-TUN, Arashi, Kanjani8, Hey! Say! JUMP ...
I have since learned to ignore such comments, especially if they come from a fan-girl-who-has-nothing-to-do-in-his-life. Unfortunately, there
are many. I do not pretend that the K-fandom is better. We all know how much K-pop fans are crazy, but I mean, you just have to be as silly
as them, and they will leave you alone. I just do not know how to behave with j-pop fans who think they have the monopoly of knowledge and take
pleasure to expose their "knowledge " about the j-pop to look superior than the rest of the world.... This is it. Sorry if made some mistakes
on my post: first my english is very bad (but guess you already know that) and second, this post was just about my frustration, don't take it
serious, or do not feel concerned... Now i'm going to sleep because... well, i have nothing else to do.
