It's an outdoor gym, found in every park and in many apartment complexes in China. Those people are getting a little hand massage action; I also saw a lady turn around and use the same apparatus to give herself a back rub.

is a movie I made all about an outdoor gym in Guangzhou. Each gym has different apparatus; all are fun, ridic and wholly non-strenuous.

This song, actually, came from olamina's Livejournal- the commenter right above you! She requested songs in languages other than English, and someone uploaded this one for her. I downloaded it because of its weird name- wanted to find out what language it was- and I ended up becoming a fan of all the Ethiopiques compilations.
