It's a thin sheet of sponge cake smeared with whipped cream and rolled up. In the States, it's a Little Debbie thing, chocolate flavored, covered with chocolate icing and wrapped in pairs. In Hong Kong, you can buy it in logs, in mini-logs, or by the slice. They're dry and gross in every conformation. I feel terrible for those people who tried to go on vacation and ended up trapped in a quarantined hotel having a disgusting Swiss roll for brekkie; it's like being served a giant middle finger by the HK government. Without even any tea or coffee, according to the newspaper!
The expression on Jennifer Connelly's face in the second image of her is exactly what my face would look like if I ever had to utter the same phrase. Too bad no one would be taping me so I could have a pause screen shot of it!
