And, $120 later, I have an antibiotic!  And a prescription for some other things that I didn't get because they were really expensive (cough syrup, and Flonase as a preventative thingy).  But hopefully now I won't die.  I'm really, really excited to get better

good thing you found that clinic. $120 is not bad at all. If you had to pay for the emergency room visit, you'd be expecting around $500+.
