  The Litter Locker is the most amazing invention ever.  Who ever thought one box could hold a month's worth of cat poop without smelling?  It makes a ton less trash than using grocery bags, especially since we use reusable grocery bags and so we don't have a lot of the disposable plastic kind.  But a whole month's worth of used litter can go into ( Read more... )

I agree that less is sometimes more and there's nothing wrong with homemade gifts. In fact, those probably hold more meaning anyway and most people (not all) but most will appreciate the effort that is added to the cost of a homemade gift. I wanted to do all homemade stuff with cross stitch, but it turns out I'm only doing one small cross stitched gift. Maybe next year I'll plan this better. Homemade or low cost gifts are also awesome this year due to the economy being full of fail. Money is too tight these days for extravagance. I need to work on that uncluttered thing more myself. I'm terrible about clutter. XD

Totally agreed with cirobi about homemade gifts. Homemade jam sounds extra awesome. Made with love + delicious to boot!
