I had a really good day. Washed some dishes, ate a sandwhich, meditated for an hour watching the ocean by myself, spent time with an enlightened friend, celebrated anothers birthday. Didn't drink a drop! Oh, and had a shot a wheat grass, which made me feel interesting.
