Ok, so here goes...
- Current Weight: 230lbs
- Goal Weight: 180lbs (I'm 6'1" so I think this should be ok....)
- Current Healthy Eating Plan: I haven't really changed what I eat too much. I never ate much junk food so I've just been decreasing my portion size.
- Current Exercise Plan: I have started to do Aquafitness at the local YMCA 1-2 times a week
