Only one thing...the govt answer...there are a lot of organizations and groups out there trying to make things better and equal; it just takes time. Most of the people in power dont want things to change and, unfortunatly, they have the most influence. Change doesn't happen overnight, but it doesnt mean people aren't trying...just remember that.
