My mom actually forgot the cranberry sauce this year. Didn't even crack open the jellied can kind.

I really enjoyed this piece. I love your attention to detail such as how you got Lilly's tofurkey request and the significance years later along with the tiny mention of why Logan does not enjoy a Thanksgiving with the family.

Logan's line here:“See, I seem to remember this one time, and I was there, and oh wait-you were there, too, and-” was perfectly in terms of tone and fun. A major plus for a happy and sweet ending!

I'm not sure where I first saw the construction of "...and I was there, and oh wait-you were there, too...", but I have probably been abusing it ever since.

Glad to see you writing again :) I loved this, especially the fluff of the last one! I also liked the little tie-ins between the others like the tofurkey and Logan not liking Thanksgiving with his family. ♥

Heh. The tofurkey actually came from one of my professors: he sent an e-mail to the rest of the convergence faculty about his not being there one morning. "Won't be at class. Will be out hunting the tofurkey." Maybe you have to know him.
