So, Friday, I left the first voicemail for the principal at 10. I called again at 2:30. He actually picked up the phone this time, but was in the middle of dismissal and asked if he could call back. No kidding. And people keep saying, "Yeah, you've got to just keep on them." You know what? No. I mean, yes, obviously, that's what it's going to take, and I'll do it, but that is not okay. That is not how people behave. If someone calls me, I call them back. If I forget, the second call is plenty. If someone had to call me five times before I'd call back, then either they're inappropriately pushy or I don't want to talk to them.

Ahem. Just needed to express my frustration. I know he's overworked. He's a public high school principal. I didn't want to call him in the first place! But... argh.

If I make the kitty meow when my cat is nearby, my cat goes crazy trying to figure out where the sound is coming from. It's great.

Have posted most recent update. Frustrating! But maybe the saga of Finding the Placement is coming to an end. I hope. This was not supposed to be the stressful part!
