Middle school v high school advice

I did my student teaching and degree in high school math, but have just gotten a job teaching middle school math/science, starting in a week. Is there any advice people can offer about how middle school differs from high school, what works differently, what's worked for you, or just general stuff? Not a lot of difference... They were shorter,
and now that I think on it they were slightly more respectful if immature.
I think it was the lack of need to rebel. You'll kick ass, I am sure.
