I can't even see that we have much in common according to your interests, but you had to find me somewhere, and I'm not picky so what the hell :)

I have a question... Because I don't remember if I asked you. On my community, find_a_fic, we have request_a_fic added as one of the communities we support. I was wondering if you would do the same for us...

Basically, it's so people don't clutter up communities with the "Do you know where such and such a fic went to?"

Sure, I'd be glad to if it means people stop asking where really obvious fics are and cluttering communities.

Question back for you - who's ideas was find_a_fic and where did that idea come from? :)

I'm involved in a lot of communities, so seeing the clutter gets on my nerves. I've seen an even larger amount lately, and decided that it would be awesome if there was a community specifically for that. I made it, and now I'm pimping it.

I really want this community to succeed, so I hope people do decide to join, request, and help out.
