applesauce

Today, I cut cored and roughly 4 billion apples in sections and made them into applesauce. Strangely, 4 billion apples doesn't make as much applesauce as one might think. But I do have a fair amount.

I've also had a bowl of applesauce, which was tasty. However, I have no interest in consuming more applesauce. Probably for about a month.

Isn't it fun? I made some really tasty apple stuff not too long ago. I really like it :) I am looking at getting a pressure canner for next years vegetables!

not many fresh apples down in these parts. I miss travelling thru PA this time of year to pick up apples and tasty apple cider. :-)
