Day 3

I've made it to day three of the C25k. It's been ridiculously windy for the past several days, but today it's nice and sunny out so I layered and headed out. My layering was perfect for the beginning of the run, but by the end I had totally overheated and had to take off my coat. I also wore my hat and gloves to keep ears and fingers warm. Those

Awesome! And very practical. I used to run by the Price Chopper in Worcester, but never thought to stop and get anything while I was out.

I used it as a motivating factor to get me out and running today. Since I HAD to get to the grocery store SOMEHOW.
