Okay first update...

Okay so this is my first REAL update.


  1. drink water
  2. do homework
  3. study
  4. exercise
  5. eat ice
  6. brush your teeth
  7. clean something
  8. try on clothes that are too small for you 
  9. write a journal entry
  10. take a bath
  11. read a book
  12. exercise some more
  13. take a walk
  14. learn something new 
  15. watch tv
  16. read journals online
  17. look at thinspiration
  18. browse random web pages
  19. read other pro-ana sites
  20. sing
  21. spin around in circles
  22. drink a huge glass of water
  23. call a friend



  • nothing tastes as good as thin feels
  • the satisfation of food never lasts
  • restricting is a coping mechanism just as much as overeating is. wouldn't you feel better if you used the coping mechanism that would get you skinny?
  • if you start eating, you won't be able to stop
  • three words: food is expensive!
  • it's all a matter of making choices. each moment, choose what you know you'll be proud of choosing.
  • if you eat, you'll be much sorrier than the eating was a relief.
  • not eating will help us be invisible
  • if i eat something, i'll eat everything, so i'll eat nothing



    Only fun going out to eat? Go to a farmer's market and buy fresh fruit! It's always fun, and gets rid of many excuses. for not eating right.

    Instead of buying food, buy yourself flowers! Food is depressing, but flowers make you happy!

    Exchange a bad habit for a good one - f.i., my boyfriend exchanged smoking for jogging every morning.  This may be hard, but VERY rewarding if you can do it!  Exchange eating for yoga, or meditation, or reading more.

    Make yourself nauseas!  You won't eat!

    Think higher or yourself! You're too good to put THAT in your body!

    Plan you goal out to the letter, then write out your plan for the day you reach your goal.  What will you do first What will you buy???

    Save the money you would have spent on that meal in a jar. Lunch cost $6.74? Save it in a bottle instead and watch it grow!

    Buy thin clothes, Keep them hanging in your closet next to your regular clothes & torture over the fact you can't get into them!

    Eat vicariously. Watch other people eat, and feel superior!!! You don't need that food. They are feeding their fat bodies and they're getting fatter!!! You can see then growing!!! How repulsive.

    Hot water: makes you feel warm and full inside.

    Make a notebook of thinspiration - notes, letters, thoughts and especially PICTURES of your goal!

    She is so fucking thin and pretty. Ugh. I wish I was like her.

    And I found my BMI...it is: 21.3. How disgusting is that? I mean, ick. Look at how big that fucking number is. I'm fucking disgusted. I think I'm going to take my measurements tonight and hopefully start fasting asap.
