Inspired by my dearest friend Danu, I am making a commitment to lose weight this year, and the following year, and so on until I feel I have reached a healthy and nonmedically termed obese person. Don't try to put too much on your plate just yet as you did just have a baby sweetness. Do you think talking to your doctor about a diet might be helpful as you're breastfeeding and also need to keep your energy up? I'm sure there are a zillion diets out their for Mommies to lose weight, but I'd find the doctor's advice better for right now.

well i'm not planning on going on a diet persay, as those have never really worked for me. All I really want to do is to start getting active and making better food choices (instead of boxed food starters, sweets out the ol arse, and unwise calories). That way I can lose weight just by being healthier, none of which would hurt with the breast pumping. God knows I'd never survive without my italian pasta fixes or chocolate :).
