Are you a hypnagogic? I remember one time you told me your roommate farted at night, and it woke you up and triggered an episode of hallucination or something like that...

I remember that episode. Heather's obscene flatulence did indeed trigger it and I saw a crow in my room and woke Molly up because I didn't know what to do with it.

There's an awesome book in Suzzallo called Hypnagogia : the unique state of consciousness between wakefulness and sleep. It's so cool I wanted to buy it, but it is out-of-print and worth $100+. That tempted me to steal it, but stealing from the library is too evil for me. Anyway, check it out if you haven't already (or maybe you already have, that passage sounds familiar).

I remember when you had a hypnopompic hallucination in 5th grade during camp. My mom said you were freaking out about spiders and screaming. Kinda scary!
