One of the things I am the most grateful for in my life is the way my parents always tried to make everything beautiful for us. The way that they taught us to appreciate good music, good lyrics and poetry, good writing, beauty in nature and art. I hope that I can do the same for my kids one day, because I think it may have been the greatest gift

Man Em, that was such a beautiful sentiment about your folks! You have such a knack for putting a tear of joy in my eyes. Your family is such good people - it is an honor to know that my folks live right across the street. On a completely random note, whenever I think of your fam, I always picture you, your Mom & Dad running while pushing Josh in the running stroller. There goes those Greens again - happily high-steppin down the street :)

Also, that is one of my favorite quotes of all time!!!
