aww. that was great. Bert against the wall, that part was cool, because you can see that, and it's something different than head in hands, crying, you know? and the note, so sweet. you're good, dude.

I'm unbelievabley moved by this -
almost to tears (but i blame that on being an overly-emotion person)

and I want to thank you -
because it's hard and it's rare to find any Used slash -
and even rarer to find it with such an intense emotion, that's relatable.
and even harder to find well-written fiction.

i love the way Bert dealt with that, with his hands on the wall and his face hid-away.
it sounds like Bert to me, and that's important. i can see him doing this.

and i love the way you write about him writing notes, and how the ink spots are important - and that Quinn knows that that's special.

...and how his heart broke in such a visable way. but it didn't reduce him to tears.
