Aw, this is cute! Casey and Zeke, baking a cake--and surely, frosting-covered boys and licking shall arrive later, yes?? ;)

Not a bad start--some awkwardness here and there, but hell, I can't speak any other language, besides sophomore-year French, lol! I'd say to watch the tense changes (Random example: the sentence, "He sighs and headed home", should either be "He sighed and headed home" or "He sighs and heads home") and character perspectives.

If you'd like, I could help beta a few things in the future...? Wouldn't mind doing it! :) But I really like this!

There's a few who write regularly with English as a second language. If you add a note to tell us that, we'll read it and understand.
