so i started the south beach diet on monday. i'm doing well on it and i've lost 4lbs. thus far. my goal for now is 15-20 by my birthday on august 23rd. i think it's possible and at the rate i'm going, it will most likely happen. i'm following the diet but i know i'm not eating nearly enough. 2 salads with chicken and 2 eggs per day isn't sufficient
