File a report with DCYF. I'm not fucking kidding. Make your cousin put all of that in a NOTARIZED statement and file a neglect report with the police and DCYF. NOW!

You cannot afford to have that in their life. Fuck that he's their dad, a sperm donor is all he is. The way DCYF will see things if something bad happens is that you failed to protect your kids from a bad situation and neglected to report this abuse. You need to keep full records of everything.

well, when i dropped them off to him today, i went into his house and checked everything, and i mean everything (the tissues were gone) he has a new wardrobe for them both, winter clothes, a new bed for tyler and his house is stocked with everything else for them, as soon as i found out i called him and flipped! and told him right then and there i was calling and not letting him see them ever again! he just started to cry and promised me everything will change and it looks like he has changed, we will see but anymore problems at all and im going to, i promise.

whatever, just make sure you get your cousin to write this shit down and get it notarized. That way if you ever have to take action against him you'll have plenty of ammo. You don't have to use it right away, just keep it in case and make sure you document everything.
