This guy amused the hell out of me. I dunno if something broke, or what, but when we encountered him, he was walking down the stairs, with someone behind him holding his wings in their folded position. If he let go, they popped out into this. Cool, but poorly designed.

Remember how I said the Nintendo Controller guy couldn't get 5 feet? Jack Sparrow couldn't get one. I think he just slowly spun in a circle for about half an hour. There were other Jacks there, but this was the best.

No clue what this was, but it was cool. The guy had hooks on his knees, and they attached to his wings by chains, so he could walk with them folded, then unhook them and yank them across his chest to unfurl them. Very cool, and very well done.
Lupin 3rd and Jigen, from Lupin the 3rd. I was like "That's the laziest Nabeshin cosplay I've seen yet" and then realize it was Lupin XD.

That's a facebird from Penny Tribute (http://manga.clone-army.org/penny.php) by Dan Kim on the left, and a group of Rozen Maiden Gashapons on the right.
A better shot of Suigin Tou's figure, cause she deserves it. The Gashapon are really nifty, they come in these tiny display cases and have a mirror sheet and mirror grame behind them. The frames like to stay bent (they come in bags so you don't know which one you're getting) though and the sheets are hard to apply (and Suigin Tou likes to fall apart at the gentlest nudge, though she's the only one), but it's still damn cool.
Nanoha figure, fsking WIN. <3 From Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha.
