My immune system has been down for the last week, but it's been working diligently to maintain performance in every realm, and has successfully countered every bug within about 36 hours

Hey, there is a connection between Flo and having my immune system suppressed. Everytime, like a charm. I have not been sick for a while, thank goodness. (I miss health insurance, I get scared just thinking about it.)
Ok, so on to something else. What tea is your guilty pleasure, over-indulgent tea? You know, the ones that are about 8$ a box........
Hmmm...perhaps you are right on that one...it all started just after my friend arrived...and there were a couple of bugs all going around.
So my favorite expensive teas are Rishi Jamaican Roobios and I also like Mate Factor's Yerba Mate - both are loose leaf teas and I use my french press. Boxed teas, I like Yogi's Kava Stress Relief a lot.
My daily tea is the iced tea I make - a double strength, brewed for hours and hours, combination of green tea, herbal tea, fruit tea...then poured into a pitcher and into the fridge. I drink it over ice and sometimes I add cranberry or apple juice. It's a bit bitter, but in a pleasant way. It took a while to get used to it, and so I used to cut it with more juice way back when I started drinking it. Now it's just straight up, usually.
How's about you? What's your guilty pleasure for tea?
They are i na white box... I can not remember the name for the life of me, which is uncommon for me. Argh. I should buy a cute little tea strainer thingy.
