well, i think it would be really cool to know lots of languages, but i haven't made any real efforts to learn any. i just meant that i can't stand overhearing interesting conversations and not being able to participate in them because of stupid social rules.

Just gotta tear the silly social constraints down. My big peeve is profanities. What's the big deal? (It's particularly annoying when the bleep stuff on TV). Profanities aren't offensive unless people think they are. I don't think they are. I think a lot of people are beginning to feel that way. There's no reason for treating those words special! =)
