I started a rewatch of Alias this week. I'm about 3/4 into the first season and just watched the episode where they introduce Sark. OH SARK, HOW I LOVE THEE! It's funny, everytime I see Anders on something I think "you'll always be Sark to me" ,but when I started the rewatch he totally slipped my mind so it was such a delight to see him all of a ( Read more... )

Heh. It's funny, but I misremembered it completely. I thought that the first few episodes were relatively normal, but no... we see a Rambaldi device in the very first ep. It just isn't explained then.

Also interesting is that things appear to be happening much faster than I remembered. It is amazingly fast-paced, kinda like the Vampire Diaries where it's bang bang bang something happening every week.

I'm also much more invested in the Spydaddy/Sydney relationship than I think I was initially.... like to the point of crying when either one of them is crushed by the other... or when SpyDaddy has an emotion FAIL. *g*

I'm very happy to see you have kept my favorite SpyDaddy icon :)

SAAARK!

I've been meaning to rewatch Alias for a year (though I never finished the series, it just got too ridiculous, I LOVE those first few seasons). It's weird how famous Bradley Cooper is now!

I know, the Bradley Cooper thing is just kinda mind-boggling to me. Who woulda thunk it??

You should totally rewatch. I think I'm actually enjoying it more now than I did the first time around. The constant cliffhangers make it very difficult not to just plow ahead into the next episode so I feel like I'm being propelled along at a breakneck speed that wasn't possible on original airing. It's like it was perfectly designed series for DVD consumption.
