It's hard to believe that a year ago I was actually enthusiastic about my current job and employer. Well, over a year in the call center has completely ground me down. Not to mention the two different promotions I've been passed over even though I am literally the TOP PERFORMER in the call center. The worst was a call center I worked in for about six weeks taking calls about GMAC's bankruptcy. Oh what fun! Especially getting emails from one of the team leads about taking more than 8 minutes PER DAY TOTAl to go to the ladies room. Yes, sorry I spent a total of 12 minutes off the phones yesterday. BITE ME!

Yeah, if I get that promotion that'll be great, but considering they haven't gotten back to me for a second interview, I'm not expecting much.
