Ando was getting old and lame by the time I quit watching. But I guess Hiro wouldn't be nearly as cool without him around (as evidenced by that feudal Japan arc).
It's cute you're still trying to enjoy Heroes. Personally, I think the only shows of any merit on network television right now are Big Bang Theory and Castle; the former being an only mostly predictable (hey, that's pretty good for a) sitcom about socially-inept nerds, and the latter being a re-envisioning of Murder She Wrote starring Nathan Fillion. Both are, however, quite awesome. Now, I haven't seen Dollhouse, but I've heard enough about it to know I wouldn't like it.
Of course, it's not as if there's really much that's better on cable, but it does have Burn Notice, which may very well be the best damn show on television right now, despite Gabrielle Anwar's hideous, skeletal visage. I mean, not everybody has to be a looker, but when you've got a character who's written to be able to wrap guys around her fingers with a wink and a smile, it's much more believable if she doesn't look like walking death.

Still, it was an awesome show, and possibly the only good thing Will Arnett has ever done.
