Moving out of the Burke house was exhausting but moving in to the new place turned out to be a giant headache of its own. When we arrived the downstairs water heater had burst the night before leaving the basement floor completely soaked. Not to mention the old tenants had several cats, who, apparently by the foul smell, were not potty trained. We
