I think moving is the best thing you could possibly do. You really need the distance to your parents to live your own life. Don't get me wrong - helping is not a bad thing but it's your life you're missing and you are not responsible for your parents life and you're not here to care for them.

So I think you're pretty brave moving to another state (which one if you don't mind me asking?) starting new for yourself and yourself only. *hugs*
