In all my experience of getting drunk (Yes, I am EXTERMELY experienced...) I think I've done 2, 6, and 7. Except I do 7 when I'm sober. And number 4 just seems to happen on its own accord sometimes. And the second half of 10 only happens in Europe.

Ok so between the three of us we covered all of those. Cept Erica dropped a pokey stick. And it was 1 am.
And it wasn't a teacher but a dentist's son, lol. And as we drank more jungle juice it tasted less and less like vodka.
