That book name sounds familiar. I'm not sure if I'm thinking of the right book or not.. but I think I've seen it in a store before.. and there are like 4 different colours of books? And I was all confused because I wasn't sure if it was 4 seperate books or just... 4 different versions of the same book? Oh bother. I'll look it up and see...

The one I've got does sound like a relatively interesting book. It's based on four principles to lead a less stressful life, or something like that. With things like "never assume things" and "always do the best you can". I'm not sure, it's promising somewhat. I did find it in the psychology section, so it's only logical that it may remind you that, hehe.

I don't know if I can recommend it yet, but Stéphane Aubin does, so... it must be good? Lol.
