October 22nd was Regionals for cross country. I was running the #2/#3 spot and half way through the race my ankle kind of cracked/rolled. I find out I tore two of the three ligaments in my ankle and I am starting to get a stress fracture. It took me three doctors to figure that out. you should be seeing your dr. every couple of days or something so you can see if it is healing right. think, it will effect you your whole life and not with just running. so i would maybe see a dr. that will take the time and intrest to make sure you are healing properly. sorry your having these problems.
