After another day spent watching Raymond on the couch and eating 600g of kenman party mix lollies, 2 take away containers of chinese, a bow of ceral and can of pepsi match it is time for changes.

I should not be 30kg overweight. I should be unemployable. I should not be unable to facillitate access to my daughter. I should not be spiritually
