Well, I finally talked to Steve, alone, and private. Our department has always been based on the fact that we're all young and like to laugh and have a good time all the time, so while we're working our asses off all the time, we can at least laugh while we're at it. Steve hasn't been joining in on that 'fun' part of it, and everyone has noticed
