I fed my snake today!!! Er, Mia's snake, natch. Even though we all felt sorry for the little dead baby mouse, it's WAY cool when he dislocates his jaw and swallows the thing whole. As soon as the camera is charged, photo's will follow...

Ah, I know what you mean! It's amazing! :)
My hubby has (and therefore, I suppose, so do I) a Black-Headed Python named Quaver who's eating larger and larger rats as she is growing. I'm constantly amazed (and slightly horrified) at the size she can get down. It's like one of us approaching a sofa. But each time we are convinced we've fed her too big a rat, she gets it down. Very impressive.
