It sounds stupid but little things like heel toe, keeping yourself upright (core engaged) and breathing evenly help a ton. I still hate running, but those things get me through it. How is it going for you?
seems to be going alright, I guess I'm not sure how much I should be shooting for mileage-wise. I fear often that maybe its too much to start out with. However it doesn't hurt or anything.
