proof of prior is a major pain in the ass. you have to make sure they're including the discount, because half the time the agent doesn't do it correctly. usually if you pitch enough of a fit about it with a major corporation like progressive they will retroactively refund your money from the inception of your insurance policy. i'd call them back and bitch at them.

thanks... i might do that, or get sellers to do it. people over the phone respond to sellers' voice better than they do to mine.

you would think that proof of prior with the same insurance company would be easy!

that's what sellers was telling me. i still think i should get a refund, i mean, the guy wouldn't even tell me how much of a discount it would have been. we started the insurance 9/15 and ended it as of 6/30. probably not a TON of money but, still... it's the principle of the whole thing!

I mean you could try and say you'll go back if you get the money back, and THEN say "screw you guys" and go with the other company....lol
