The very earliest one was dated 2005, and corresponds to one of the first posts I ever made on LJ. Let's see if I can remember how to attach a photo to a DW post, because it ( Read more... )

I'm in Grad school at Hollins University, in the Writing and Illustrating Children's Books program. I eventually want to move back to Oregon.

There you are! Hello, hello! Things seem to be going well for you--yay! Since last we spoke, I became a grandma, feeling that with equal parts horror and good. ;D

Still here, doing the same things, though less frequently. ♥

Congratulations! What a lucky grandchild to have such a fun grandmama.

That old fashion shoot photo of Jensen from the back in your icon is REALLY evocative...strangely nostalgic. Fandom keeps changing on me, dammit. It's a lovely image.

I've let my LJ paid subscription lapse, and all my lovely icons went with it. :(

Ugh, is it going the way of Photobucket? I've some pictures there, too.

And Happy Belated Birthday!!!

The change seems to be that free accounts will be cut off at 1000 photographs, while the whole service pivots to support professional photographers with paid accounts.

Makes sense--Flickr has always been the photo site of choice for the pros. For the rest of us, I guess there's Google and FB and whatever else out there for free.

I use Google quite happily for my photos, but unfortunately they don't play well with LJ/DW.
