New computer. Didn't take too long to set up, though I ended up cleaning everything that was on my floor (throwing most of it on my bed or outside) to make room for a desk to be put in tomorrow. Currently transferring files over. I can make my work/play area more of a cubicle feel (Yes, I'm weird, I like how I imagine that feel). It makes me feel ( Read more... )

man, you need to not give me links to anything about final fantasy, lol. I just spent the last hour and a half reading up on it!!

So you have a new computer, eh? Can it run Warcraft 3?

I was going to tell you about the "Final Fantasy XII Potion" thing anyways. :P

Yeah, it can run Warcraft 3 (well, so could the old one), but this one can run it WELL.

Depending on whether I can get something along the lines of a work-study position or not, I might be getting WC3 sooner, or later (though I still REALLY want to get the collector's edition of FFXII) (I can actually afford both now, but I'd rather make sure that I have enough room to splurge)

And I guess in the meantime, I'll just play Eudemons Online or something (it's an MMO my cousin told me about). It's not that bad, but you can level sickly quickly (heh, that rhymed) at times.

We should hang out sometime. I'll send you my class schedule when I see you online. Almost everything is pretty much early-to-midday, so a good part of my afternoons/after are open.

well, if your computer can run WC3, we'll just have to get you a copy of it then. =P

I pre-ordered the FFXII collectors edition, btw. I heard that's the only way you can get it, so jump on it soon if you haven't! Only $5 down, and you're set! That's the minimum reserve requirement, anyway. Then you pay the rest off when you get it...

Yeah, I reserved it on Friday. I'm keeping a little money put on the side so I don't spend it accidentally. I just also need to make sure I have enough for the WC3 battlechest...

Oh, on another note: (A Twilight Princess note)

I found out that the Wii version will have Link right-handed, since most people will use the remote with their right hand. I sent Nintendo an email (doubt it'd get anywhere, but hey, it's a shot) to see if they could still make an option for him being left-handed. I mean, it'd be a change. Switching the primary hand to the left to match the gameplay.
