USA Network always runs themed NCIS marathons, which is, in itself, adorable. This one, however, is AMAZING and WONDERFUL. They are currently running a "Cote's Birthday Marathon" because it's Cote's 31st birthday today! So cute! Way to go, USA Network--way to be AWESOME. I love birthdays!!! And Cote. And Ziva.
