The Countdown Begins!

It appears to be a year of countdowns.

We counted down to the opening of the Marina Bay Sands, to the YOG, to the YOG closing...and we're still counting down - to the F1 (whoa, 1 day to go...), to the Commonwealth Games, to the possible General Elections (and nobody quite knows when, although the mass media is on standby).
