I'm sorry that you're realizing that you're maybe a little too obsessed with what you eat and what's in what you eat. I struggle with eating issues every day, and some days are harder than others, but take a step back and think about the bigger picture. What you're doing with your diet and your exercise regimen is a good thing! It sounds like you're eating healthily and you're taking care of the exercise part by doing whatever it takes to get to the gym. That's commendable! But maybe you should concentrate on one or the other right now. Talk to the Weight Watchers people and explain your concerns. You don't want to replace one so-called problem with another one, especially when both "problems" are going to affect your health!

I'm going to recommend a book to you that I just recommended to my best friend -- Quarterlife Crisis: The Unique Challenge of Life in Your Twenties by Alexandra Robbins and Abby Wilner. I'm reading it right now, and a lot of what Robbins and Wilner says just makes sense. Perhaps it'll help you.
