So, just thought i'd take a break from my lesson planning to let ya'll know how my first 2 days went. They went AWESOME! The kids are great, and eager to learn. NOT AT ALL what I expected, since my school is in a low SES area and is Title 1. I haven't had many behavior problems, other than them bickering. I've been nipping that in the bud. Tomorrow is my first day as a teacher. I will have 20 fourth graders who are looking to me to help them pass along to 5th grade.
